Employees are expected to follow Lethbridge Polytechnic policies while doing work for Lethbridge Polytechnic.
Our employer has policies
Lethbridge Polytechnic Faculty Association works with Lethbridge Polytechnic to help draft and refine important policies to ensure that the voice and interests of faculty are represented in those documents. It’s important to remember that these policies apply to faculty (in most instances), but that the Collective Agreement supersedes policy if there is any dispute between the two.
