Engagement Strategies Toward Ending Workplace Sexual Harassment

Creating a campus culture that promotes safety, respect, equality and the well-being of everyone in our community is a shared responsibility. As faculty, you play an important role in creating a safe and healthy campus for our students. Lethbridge College is offering all employees the chance to take part in one of three upcoming training sessions through the Chinook Sexual Assault Centre and the Association of Alberta Sexual Assault Services.  

Engagement Strategies Toward Ending Workplace Sexual Harassment is a three-hour online workshop offered May 15, June 18 and July 11 and explores many important topics including defining what is and isn’t sexual harassment and what to do if you witness or hear about a sexual harassment incident. As the end of the semester is quickly approaching, we encourage faculty to sign up for the May session before leaving for the summer.
