Hello Faculty,

Each year, the Teaching Excellence Awards give us the opportunity to shine a light on the incredible educators who make learning come alive for our students. These awards—presented jointly by the Students’ Association and the Faculty Association—recognize instructors who go above and beyond in creating supportive, engaging, and inspiring learning environments.

Nominated entirely by students, these awards reflect the real impact faculty have in the classroom and beyond. It’s one of the most meaningful forms of recognition we can offer—straight from the voices of those we teach.

After reviewing an impressive number of student submissions, the Students’ Association has selected this year’s recipients:

🏆 Rylan Spenrath – Rookie of the Year Award

Nichole and Rylan have each made a remarkable difference in their students’ academic journeys, earning praise for their dedication, energy, and ability to connect in meaningful ways.
